What personal information does Project Bly and Bly, Inc. collect?

The information we gather from customers enables us to personalize and improve our services. We collect the following types of information from our customers:

   We receive and store any information you provide to us whether by e-mail, registering to receive e-mail newsletters, placing a product order, or otherwise through our website. We use the Personal Information you provide to enhance your experience with Project Bly.

   We use a third party service provider to process payment transactions. We do not collect, store or otherwise have access to credit card information. Our payment processor is presently Stripe. 2. Information Collected Automatically:

Will Bly, Inc. Sell any of the Personal Information it collects?

Is Personal Information about me secure?

All credit card information is processed by Stripe or Paypal. We believe that they appropriately protect your information but you should review their privacy practices. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your Personal Information we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Do I have to give you any Personal Information?

No, of course not, but without receiving your name, e mail address, address, phone number, zip code, we will not be able to ship you products. Giving us certain information also allows us to enhance your user experience. Also remember that you can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
