  Another popular late night spot is Hala Targowa square in the wee hours of the morning, where minivans set up makeshift grills from 8 pm to 2 am for for Kielbaski z Niebieskiej Nyski., a satisfyingly simple meal of grilled sausage, fresh bread, mustard and orangeade.
