Shahid Mansoori’s lifelong obsession with Bollywood posters began at an early age when he started collecting the pictures of film stars that came with ice creams and toffees, and saving his allowance (called pocket money in India) to buy posters. The young collector was so devoted to his hobby that he even used to trail the men hired to paste posters on walls around Mumbai, waiting inconspicuously until they were out of sight before he took them right back down.
